SR GreenPoxy 56 / SD Surf Clear

SR GreenPoxy 56 / SD Surf Clear is a clear, waterproof laminating epoxy, specifically formulated for the manufacture of custom, sail and surf boards.

Produced with up to 41% carbon content from plant and vegetable origin.

SR GreenPoxy 56 / SD 7561

This epoxy resin system is developed contact laminating and parts resistant to temperatures. 

  • A high performance bio epoxy resin which has 51 % of its molecular structure deriving from plant origin.
  • Excellent laminate colour and transparency
  • Good thermal resistance after post cure

SR InfuGreen 810 / SD 477x

Green Epoxy systems for Injection and Infusion.

  • Very low viscosity at ambient temperature.
  • Different hardeners allow the production of small to very large parts.
  • The cured system gives a temperature resistance up to 100°C (Tg onset).
  • The hardeners SD 4770 and 4771 are designed for very thick laminates by infusions.
  • Produced with approximately 38 % of carbon content from plant and vegetable origin. The bio-based carbon content of our resin is certified by an independent laboratory using Carbon 14 measurements (ASTM D6866 or XP CEN/TS 16640).
  • SR InfuGreen 810 is DNV-GL Maritime approved with hardeners SD 8822 and 8824.

SR Surf Clear Evo / SD Evo

Surf Clear EVO epoxy system is specially formulated for the manufacturing of surf boards.

  • A high-performance bio-based epoxy resin produced with up to 37% carbon content from plant and vegetable origin.
  • 3 hardeners available with 2 / 1 mixing ratio by volume. SD EVO Medium hardener is designed for big boards or high ambient temperature applications (over 95°F or 25°C). SD EVO Fast hardener is designed for classic boards in mild temperature working conditions (around 68°F or 20°C). SD EVO Super-Fast hardener is designed for fast lamination, gloss and repairs or low temperature application conditions.
  • Yields surfboards with a flexible touch, high temperature and UV stability.
  • High surface and plug finishing, for high gloss requirements.
  • Other applications: surf repairs, fin boxes and plugs, pattern and model coating etc.
  • Low odour and reduced skin aggression for a better working environment.

SR GreenPoxy 33 / SZ 8525

SR GreenPoxy 33 is designed for outdoor composite equipment and achieves good adhesion to various materials.

  • Recommended cycle time of 10 min at 100 °C.

Produced with up to 28% carbon content from plant and vegetable origin

SD GreenPoxy 33 / SD 477x

This epoxy resin system has been developed for tools and parts resistant to temperatures. 

  • A high-performance bio epoxy resin produced with up to 35% carbon content from plant and vegetable origin (bio-based carbon content dependent on hardener choice).
  • Clear laminate.
  • Good wetting out properties resulting in low resin consumption. High mechanical properties at ambient temperature, post cure at 40 to 60 °C.
  • 3 hardeners with extremely low viscosity, special infusion: SD 4772 / 4771 / 4770 suitable with ambient temperatures of 25 to 40 °C. Designed for infusion or RTM processes, for large parts and very thick laminates.
  • 3 hardeners for hand laminating and bonding: SD 4777 / 4775 / 4773

SR GreenPoxy 33 / SD 499x

This epoxy resin system is developed for tools and parts resistant to temperatures. 

  • A high-performance bio epoxy resin produced with up to 35% carbon content from plant and vegetable origin (bio-based carbon content dependent on hardener choice).
  • Clear laminate.
  • High mechanical properties.
  • The different combinations of SR GreenPoxy 33 with SD 499X hardeners gives the choice of different reactivity, with outstanding wetting-out properties on glass, carbon and aramid fibres.

SR GreenPoxy 28 / SD 3304

This epoxy resin system has been developed for tools and parts resistant to temperatures

  • A high-performance bio epoxy resin produced with up to 28% carbon content from plant and vegetable origin (bio-based carbon content dependent on hardener choice).

  • The comvination of SR GreenPoxy 28 with SD 3304 hardener yields a low viscosity epoxy resin system of medium reactivity, with outstanding wetting-out properties on glass, carbon and aramid fibres.

PB 410 GS / DM 07

This epoxy system has been developed for sprayable and foaming processes, with a very fast CMR-free hardener.

  • Produce with about 26 % of carbon from plant origin
  • Manufacturing “in situ” of a low density epoxy foam and composites complex.
